If the Brand Identity Delivery Kit does not improve your delivery process, we will refund you in full within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@kernwellington.com within 30 days of your purchase with your order number and we will process your refund within 2 business days.

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
Your order email or Gumroad receipt is required
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Gumroad

Refunds are processed within 2 business days of your request. Depending on your bank, funds may take 3–5 additional business days to appear.
